 Now that we have a working webkit-gtk3 +quartz, I would like to upgrade
 yelp to the 3.x series, as it is +quartz compatible.  There are a couple
 patches that I have submitted upstream for review that are currently
 included here. This is modified from the portfile in devans' repository.
