 easy-rsa is no longer packaged with OpenVPN upstream (see
 https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/wiki/ChangesInOpenvpn23#OpenVPN2.3-alpha2);
 it seems not unreasonable that Macports would reflect that. Of course, it
 would be nice if somebody produced an easy-rsa port.
