Comment:

 Fixed in r111452. The problem was introduced in r110108 that removed
 configure.compiler and set fortran compilers only. libgfortran.3.dylib
 exists but libgfortran.dylib in ${prefix}/lib/libgcc so clang cannot find
 lgfortran. ${prefix}/lib/gcc4x could be set instead, but it is difficult
 to do so in the patch stage. So I chose to revert the use of
 configure.compiler as suggested by the comment 11 of #38687.
