Comment:

 The errors occur in some Boost.Thread header files. Are Xcode and the
 corresponding command line tools up to date? I am afraid this is boost
 problem. It can be "fixed" by blacklisting old versions of clang. You can
 try explicitly specifying a compiler like so:
 {{{
 sudo port -dv configure ompl +app configure.compiler=macports-clang-3.3
 }}}
 (You can change macports-clang-3.3 to macports-gcc-4.8 or some other
 compiler.)
