 The only time MacPorts modifies your .profile is when you initially
 install MacPorts. This is intentional.

 I would say that mysql_secure_installation and the other programs
 installed in /opt/local/lib/mysql56/bin should work without
 /opt/local/lib/mysql56/bin being in PATH. If they don't, that's a bug in
 the port, similar to #20949. It probably also affects mysql55, mysql51,
 mysql5, mariadb and percona.
