 Please also send the contents of
 `/opt/local/var/db/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg`. Are you sure that you didn't
 mess up with your installation manually? Can you please try to uninstall
 all texlive-related packages and install this one (with its dependencies)
 again to see if this is still a problem? I suspect that this ticket might
 be a result of some manual intervention or some weird unexpected behaviour
 (if that's the case it's probably unrelated to `texlive-fonts-
 recommended`).
