 I just forced a rebuild of this port on the same platform with no
 problems. (10.8.5 + Xcode 5.0).

 The file it is complaining about is /opt/local/lib/libidn.dylib which is
 provided by port libidn.

 Please make sure this port is built correctly.  On my system this is a
 symbolic link to /opt/local/lib/libidn.11.dylib.
