 Hi Vince,

 Thanks for looking at this.  I updated my port tree and now it says port
 atlas not found.

 I can see the new port file
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/math/atlas/Portfile

 but atlas does not seem to be in the port index
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/PortIndex
