New description:

 sqlite3 was recently updated to 3.8.4.2 [[br]]
 r118317

 However, sqlite-autoconf-3080402.tar.gz has not made it into the distfile
 mirrors. [[br]]
 i.e. http://distfiles.macports.org/sqlite3/

 It appears that sqlite-autoconf-3080402.tar.gz is only available from
 http://www.sqlite.org/2014

 Note this is not the case with sqlite-autoconf-3080401.tar.gz

 I can manually work around this issue, but it breaks private mirrors for
 organizations that use MacPorts without direct internet access.
