Comment:

 I'm closing the ticket. I committed a new version of `p5-wx` and `p5
 -alien-wxwidgets` in r118413.

 There are still two or three issue (#43148, #43150, #43157) preventing
 users to build it on some OSes an for some versions of Perl, but I
 consider this specific issue fixed. Once the tickets mentioned here get
 fixed, I will most probably delete the `wxPerl-3.0` port as well.

 I also wonder if the new version of wxPerl fixed #42296. (It's fixed for
 me at least.)
