 Hi all,

 Attached is a patch to the nginx portfile that adds a new variant called
 davext which will build the extended WebDAV module
 [https://github.com/arut/nginx-dav-ext-module].  As I haven't done much
 portfile development before, this was my best attempt.  There may be
 issues for others since I was only able to test with my local
 installation.
