kernel to describe how it works on darwin

 As it stands, darwin does not currently have the linux kernel facilities
 that the sysdig Portfile mentions in its `long_description`. Either this
 part of the description should be changed for darwin, or the "`platforms`"
 field should have "`linux`" added to it so that the description could then
 just have a phrase like "when run on linux, ..." or something added to it
 before the linux-specific stuff.
