 * Bump to 12.1.1 from 1.6.2.20
 * creation of user/group in post-configure (#27492), add to startupitem
 and extra dir but possibly more to do
 * add variants
 * too big gap, compilation issues to review, new dependencies, ...
 * some dependencies are required w digium modification, most notably ice-
 cpp
