 cacti port is dependend on mysql5 but it's up to the user to choose which
 mysql5: 5.1, 5.5, 5.6.
 macports policy here is leaving the user to choose as for php/perl and so
 on
 notes says php and mysql5 install are not covered.

 I did some improvements on Portfile here #43232
