 * bump 1.10.6
 * add notes about /dev/bpf* and variant setuid_root. default behavior is
 unchanged and user makes his choice if he wants setuid. AFAIC, I found
 that better than creating a startup item to chmod bpf at startup (#26293
 and #26675)
 * variant gui to get osx-app but not compiling (#42447)

 make: *** No rule to make target `ui/gtk/libgtkui.a', needed by
 `wireshark'.  Stop.

 * variant no_lua compiles ok (#41058) and moved to lua
 * no sdk problem like #42631 but tested only on 10.9.2
 * switch no_foo to foo for x11 (#39383) but x11 as default variant, adns
 as optional (#39369)

 did not test all variants combination just default setup
