 I have no idea how to make a port file, so I didn't.  but I did just
 include a ZIP with the files needed and instructions on how to get them to
 work with a MacPorts install of python2.7

 FYI, this is the only way to get quickfix onto Mavericks, due to the
 change in the C interpreter in Mavericks.
