 Thanks. Is it important in this step to uninstall and reinstall atlas? I
 already have atlas installed and tried it without this step, which didn't
 work (as installing atlas takes ages!). Also on my 2nd computer that
 doesn't have this issue I don't have atlas installed so it doesn't seem
 relevant to the problem.
