 I don't suppose there's a 10.4/10.5 user that wants to take responsibility
 for maintaining backwards compatibility? SecPolicyCreateBasicX509() was
 added in 10.6; for <= 10.5, I believe this will need to use the deprecated
 SecPolicySearchCreate/SecPolicySearchCopyNext APIs.
