 Indeed this looks like a libstdc++/libc++ mismatch problem. Graph-tool
 needs C++11 in recent versions. Shouldn't it be possible to compile boost
 with libc++? If not, that simply means that graph-tool can't be built with
 anything older than Mavericks... Maybe a warning could be incorporated in
 the Portfile?
