 See r118830, which fixes this for `port_cutleaves`.

 Yes, this is an API change and it affects all scripts that use the
 MacPorts API. Since we're changing the blessed Tcl interpreter with 2.3.0
 that cannot be avoided, though. It needs to be done for all contributed
 scripts.
