 I would like to at least have email verification (Trac sends you an email,
 you click a link to verify it's really you), if we don't have that
 already, and also Captcha. How can we add these? Are these Trac plugins we
 need to install? Can I as Trac admin do it, or would Bill or Shree have to
 do it?
