 APCu contains the user-level cache functionality from APC.

 PHP 5.5 brings its own opcode cache implementation. For a (hopefully)
 seamless migration, users can install APCu to get the user-level cache
 functionality not provided by the PHP 5.5 core.

 This is my first Portfile and based on php-apc. I hope it's not too bad...
