 osxfuse is now at 2.6.2; I've updated the portfile to reflect this. sshfs
 ntfs-3g and ext2fuse continue to seem happy with osxfuse. I live with this
 port on Mavericks, and I do not encounter the crashing mentioned above
 with fuse4x.
