 Ticket #41708 includes a new PortGroup "xmlcatalog" which provides support
 for sgml and xml catalog maintenance across various docbook packages.
 I've got patches included in that ticket which have changes to docbook-
 dsssl. The specific patch for this Portfile is included here for
 reference, as is the new PortGroup file.
