 I have posted new patch files omitting the new xmlcatalog-1.0 PortGroup
 (already applied in the repo per pixilla). One is a full set of patches
 and one is a subset, omitting docbook-dsssl and docbook-sgml-4.2 since
 they have listed maintainers. These two ports are covered in tickets
 #43385 and #43386.
