 * review
 * use OtherJobEnabled in plist for dependency to mysql and net-snmp (the
 latter only if monitoring includes localhost but I suppose that's the
 normal case)
 * port lint
 * include a newsyslog template file for rotating log
 * remove some implicit PREFIX
