 mpd does not build:

 Error: org.macports.build for port mpd returned: command execution failed
 Please see the log file for port mpd for details:
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_audio_mpd/mpd/main.log
 In the log file, the first error is:

 :info:build ./src/DatabaseVisitor.hxx:30:14: error: no type named
 'function' in namespace 'std'
 :info:build typedef std::function<bool(const Directory &, Error &)>
 VisitDirectory;

 Googling on "no type named 'function' in namespace 'std'" indicates a
 possible lack of C++11 support.
