 Note: it's conflict at build time, not runtime.

 orfeotoolbox tries to compile against openjpeg, but mistakenly takes
 include files from openjpeg15.

 Workaround:
   - install opencv and ffmpeg
   - deactivate openjpeg15
   - install orfeotoolbox
   - reactivate openjpeg15
