 Upgrading apr to 1.5.0 fails during extraction of
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/apr/apr-1.5.0.tar.bz2
 Reason: it tries to use /usr/bin/gnutar, which does not exist on my
 computer.
 This is after having upgraded from OS X 10.6.8 to OS X 10.9.2 and from
 Xcode 3.2.5 to Xcode 5.1.1
 I am not sure if /usr/bin/gnutar is supposed to exist or if this is a bug
 in the extraction script.
