Comment:

 Committed in r119375. I didn't split the maintainers (I didn't see it
 being split in any other port and it might be helpful to be able to just
 grep the Portfiles).

 Independent of that: compiling the package throws a large number of
 warnings. It would be nice if you could fix those and/or report them
 upstream.
