 Yes, have confirmed the problem is with upnp-inspector itself due to API
 changes in twisted.web in 13.2 that dropped the _parse method.  The fix
 cited in comment:3 seems to address this issue. Will test over the weekend
 and hopefully have a fix early next week if not sooner.  Plan to update
 the coherence related ports to the new github repository as well.
