 I have the binary in
 {{{
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Tools/Rez
 }}}
 on 10.7. For some reason 10.9 sets
 {{{
 cd cpp/wxPerl.osx && make RESTOOLDIR='/Developer/Tools' ARCH_FLAGS=''
 }}}
 and then tries to use `$(RESTOOLDIR)/Rez` which fails.
