 That looks like you have fuse headers in `/usr/local`. Try this:
 {{{
 sudo port clean encfs
 sudo port -nsft upgrade encfs
 }}}

 Note that you should not use `/usr/local` while using MacPorts because of
 problems like these. See wiki:FAQ#usrlocal.
