Comment:

 Missing or shadowed include file that should have defined
 `G_CONST_RETURN`.

 The panel should probably updated to 4.10. Please supply a patch if you
 can.

 Also, when reporting tickets against ports, please Cc the maintainer
 (`port info --maintainer xfce4-panel`)
