Comment:

 It looks like this was already fixed long ago by devans in r110350.

 But then again the website looks like the software is now out-of-date or
 at least renamed (http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/). As a
 consequence both homepage and download links are broken.

 I'm not sure about the proper approach for the perl module.
