 I'm closing this ticket since the original issue is fixed as you say.
 libgeoip is now version 1.5.1.  You should report the
 homepage/master_sites issues as a new ticket which you can reference here
 for continuity.  Note that, in spite of this, the port builds, since the
 distfile is available via http://distfiles.macports.org/libgeoip and its
 various mirrors.
