 The website
   * http://www.maxmind.com/app/c
 is now redirecting to
   * http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/downloadable/
 while `p5-geo-ip`'s website
   * http://www.maxmind.com/app/perl
 no longer works.

 The sources seem to be available on GitHub now. According to
 https://github.com/maxmind/geoip-api-c/releases it seems that version
 1.6.2 is out now.

 Please try to update the portfile to reflect the changes on developer's
 end.
