 Yes. Ryan was waiting for the maintainer to approve, but the maintainer
 never replied. Since it's been two months, maintainer timeout (or probably
 even port abandonment) is in effect (see
 https://guide.macports.org/#project.update-policies), so this can be
 committed. Since you have subversion access, go ahead and commit.
