 I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Perhaps you got an incomplete
 download. Could you clean it out and try again:

 {{{
 sudo port clean --all p5.16-mail-clamav
 sudo port install p5.16-mail-clamav
 }}}

 If that again fails, please show us the transcript so that we can see what
 server the bad file came from.
