 This the problem.  MacPorts requires the Xcode Command Line Tools to be
 installed.  Do what the error message says then clean and retry,

 {{{
 $ xcode-select --install
 $ sudo port clean libbluray ffmpeg
 $ sudo port install ffmpeg

 }}}

 Since you are building on Yosemite, if this was an upgrade of MacPorts
 from an older OS X version, make sure you have followed the
 [wiki:Migration Migration] instructions.
