 This looks like the same issue ({{{ABIHack.inc:1666:36: error:
 'TARGET_CPU_DEFAULT_max' was not declared in this scope}}}) reported as
 FTBFS in [https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=735754] which
 was resolved as "fixed upstream".
