 This upgrades doxygen to 1.8.8.

 The portfile addresses two issues that affect 1.8.8:

 1. An upstream packaging bug leaves a target-specific generated file in
 the tarball. src/Makefile.libdoxycfg shouldn't be there. This bombs out
 with an error about missing /opt/local/bin/python2.

 2. The hardcoded -mmacosx-version-min=10.5 prevents the build from
 succeeding on Mavericks.
