 This was [https://github.com/waylan/Python-Markdown/issues/303 fixed in
 2.4.1]. Incidentally, the developer [https://github.com/waylan/Python-
 Markdown/issues/303#issuecomment-39841541 recommends avoiding the script
 altogether].
