 I have done a standard install from the instructions that were current
 when I installed. I have seen feedback from the install and upgrades
 commands with something about 'macportsuser root`. Where can I find
 information about this and put it in to my setup (if I need to)? I would
 prefer not to delete and reinstall everything.
