 I bumped the imap-uw port to the daemon's current version (2007f), and I
 also improved the +subdir variant.

 Without further action, the +subdir variant continues to have imapd expect
 the mail archives in ~/Mail . Since this may not suit all users (including
 me, who keeps his archives in Mail/Archives), a user-specific
 configuration is implemented, in which imapd reads the actual, full path
 to the mailbox directory from the file ~/.imap/MailboxDir.rc .
