 Sorry Ryan,

 Most of the tickets I put in are for my own ports, so I forgot to add you
 to the CC.

 I didn't submit a patch, as I wanted you to decide how to deal with the
 EOL'd port and the live check mechanism. However, I've locally built php56
 and php56-apache2handler (against apache24-devel).
