 One issue I noticed with the new portfile: I don’t think `depends_build
 bin:python:python27` is correct, because python27 does not provide a
 ‘python’ executable, and I would think it is needed at runtime as well.
 There also doesn’t appear to be anything telling the build system which
 python to use.
