Comment:

 Looks like a custom Python installation being picked up; those Python
 headers don't exist for me.

 A workaround is to hide of these files from the build process, via trace
 mode:

 {{{
 sudo port clean libftdi1
 sudo port -t install libftdi1
 }}}
