 Because dependency py26-python-poppler-qt4 no longer builds due to phasing
 out of python26 support (#46144), variant +python26 should be removed.

 Since this would leave only variant +python27, this variant can be removed
 as well and the port built with an unconditional dependency on py27
 -python-poppler-qt4.
