 The relevant error seems to be:

 '/var/folders/sw/t56j62d53c90rmfkbcp9_9y40000gq/T/xcrun_db-vk1pWkIM'
 }}}

 Try deleting that directory, then cleaning the affected port and trying
 again.

 We've seen the temporary directories become unusable before, but have
 never figured out why. Deleting the temporary directory and allowing the
 system to recreate it has worked before, though.
